FLORAL INITIALS IN WATERCOLOR

April 15th • 6:00pm -8:00pm

Join us as we embrace the coming of spring with illustrative greens and florals in Watercolor! In this intermediate-level class, we will build on students' foundational understanding of Watercolor to compose a collection of gestural stems, leaves, and greens to create one-of-kind floral initials.  Our focus will be on composition, gestural movement around our letters, and finishing details to bring your painting to life. Students will be working on three 8" x 10" initials. 

Students will receive a workbook to follow along with the instructor during the class!

Students should have a basic understanding of creating leaf and petal shapes. Students are encouraged to take the Leaves + Greens Watercolor (as a pre-requisite for this class if they feel they are at the beginner level.)
