FLORAL INITIALS IN WATERCOLOR

May 11th • 6:00pm -8:00pm

Join me and celebrate Mom this Mother's Day with this expressive and customizable watercolor workshop at Spruce on Main! Embrace the coming of Spring and its beautiful blooms with illustrative greenery and florals! In this beginner-friendly class, we will compose a collection of gestural stems, leaves, and greens to create one-of-kind floral initials. Our focus will be on our letters composition, gestural movement, repetition around our letters, and finishing details to bring your painting to life. Students will be working on one 8" x 10" initial.

Students will receive a workbook to follow along with the instructor during the class!

Though this is a beginner-friendly class, it is excellent for those who consider themselves at the intermediate level, have a basic understanding of basic floral shapes and greenery elements and would like to push toward a more detailed, planned, and advanced composition!
