This composition focuses on the bold and bright orange of the Cosmos flower. Working in layers, the composition was built on a solid graphite sketch, then painted in Gouache and finished with details in oil pastel crayon.

• The listing is for the framed painting. The frames are hand-cut, sanded, constructed with a local buffalo framer, and designed to complement my work.
