FLUID ALCOHOL INK
April 29th • 6:00pm -8:00pm
Explore alcohol ink and its application in painting to create a one of a kind abstract painting study. Students will drip, drop, and spread bold and vivid colored ink on the paper's surface in an organic and fluid painting style. Students will experiment with ink application, blending, and color mixing with alcohol to create lush backgrounds and will leave with a basic understanding of how to pursue the medium further.
Students will be working on small practice exercises and then on a final finished 9 "x12" piece.
