Interested in the building blocks of Watercolor painting and looking to learn the basics in a fun and exciting way? In this beginner-friendly class, we will break down the foundational techniques to creating beautiful washes of colors in watercolor painting. We will be focusing on a limited color palette, using water to create beautiful tonal ranges, and exploring the beauty of color transparency to create moody backgrounds.
Students will work with warm-up exercises to use in their everyday watercolor practice and work toward three completed small pieces!
